What stays in your browser

Saved tools, cases, and filled templates live in your browser's localStorage. There are no accounts, and no server-side copy of your work. If you clear your browser data, that content is cleared too, so export anything you want to keep.

What we receive

Only what you choose to send. When you open a support ticket, your message and email reach the team so they can reply. See the privacy page for the full detail on what a ticket includes.
