What we collect, and where it goes
This portal is built to collect as little as possible, and to be plain about what it does collect.
When you open a ticket
The contact form sends the team:
- Your name and email, so we can reply to you.
- Your subject and message, plus any category-specific field (for example an invoice reference).
- For bug reports only: technical context (the product, the page URL, an app version if the link carried one, and your browser and operating system). This is shown to you under a disclosure before you send.
- An optional attachment, if you add one.
How it reaches us
Submissions are relayed to the team's private Telegram channel through a small server-side endpoint. If that relay is briefly unavailable, your ticket is saved on the server and emailed to the team so nothing is lost. We reply from hello@arsenly.com.
What we do not do
- No third-party trackers or advertising cookies. Analytics, if ever enabled, are cookieless and self-hosted.
- No selling or sharing of your details. They are used only to answer your ticket.
Retention
Tickets live in the team's channel and email. The only server-side copy is a failure-only log used when the relay is down, kept outside the public web root and cleared periodically.
